THE QUEEN’S ENGLISH

In Jamaica we were educated in the Queen’s English, so overcoming my discomfort with American spelling and punctuation has been a challenge. Yet, it was a challenge worth overcoming… to the extent that I’ve overcome. The priority was to get a very good message out there, so my conclusion in Jamaican Creole went something like this: “If yu wa’an good, yu nose haffi run!” Now, that’s nowhere near the Queen’s English!

WHAT READERS ARE SAYING, about my book T.G.I.F.

“I am almost done with your book!!  What a dynamic testimony!  It has moved me. I have laughed and cried while reading it! Thank you for writing it.”
